Gaggia Brera - Grinder not spinning!

Question
Some debris got in to the grinder. I have taken it apart and cleaned it.
Now the grinder spins but it doesn't grind any coffee. I took it apart and it appears the grinder motor is spinning but the ceramic blades are stationary.When i empty all the beans out it spins, but as soon as beans go back in the motor spins but the blades don't turn.
Any ideas?
