Question
I have a Exprelia EVO machine The message to empty the Drip Tray remains on despite it being empty.
Have tried to Switch machine off for a while as suggested without success

Hi Harald,
It is most likely that the water sensor has failed.Please check whether the machine has a leak there as it is a common thing.The leak can come from outside, not just being internal, if for example you accidentally splash liquid on the front of the machine which goes in the door. The sensor is located on the bottom of the door so you need to remove the whole black plastic door cover.
If you replace the sensor and it fails again in the future you need to look into it in more details because they barely fail.
