Question
Hi , I have a problem with my machine. On my screen I have an info - Restart to solve the problem with the code at the bottom

After I turn it off that machine for 5 min I turn it back on but nothing happens - info is the same on the screen . Any idea how to solve this problem???

Hi,
The machine senses an issue with the grinder motor or sensor. Disassemble the machine and check whether the grinder is blocked by anything obvious. If not, you need to test the motor and the sensor separately.
Please note in some cases the message is not right. For instance it could be a CPU fault.
