Question
My almost 3 yr old machine, the steam wand is not frothing the milk, the milk is being heated now but now frothed if u know what I mean. It also doesn't sound right either! I took all the bits off and cleaned inside the wand with a small brush but it hasn't improved. What can it be and is there anything else I can do?

If your coffee maker produces steam but does not froth the milk, you either need to clean the frother attachment or replace it.
