Question
Hi there, I cleaned my brew unit, lubricated it and followed the reset instructions before refitting the unit back into the machine. Now all I get is after switching on and going through it warm up cycle, is a loud click from the brew unit and a warning message "brewing failed, wait". do you have any ideas?

If there is water underneath the brew unit after the brewing/rinsing attempt, then the brew unit is most likely blocked. You would need to remove the shower disc and clean it thoroughly, because that part gets blocked in most cases. If there is no water underneath the unit, then the main valve is the one that is most likely blocked. To repair the machine it would need to be taken completely apart, so I would recommend sending the machine to a service agent.
