Question
Flashing light comes on when unit is turned on. I understand this means that unit needs to be primed. I prime but light will not go off. see my video at link below. Thanks for your help !

The fast flashing red exclamation mark means no water flow detected.
As you have a water flow I can assume that the water flow meter failed (on rare occasion the CPU). This normally happens due to a leak inside.
Take the machine apart and inspect the unit inside.
