Question
IT seems the Gaggia Accademia is stuck in descaling rinse cycle. Unit will keep saying refill water container. Over and over again.

It seems to be blocked by limescale this is why it cannot finish the descaling cycle. You need to take the machine apart and find the blockage. It is usually in one of the boilers.
However if it has a continuous water flow (no blockage inside) while descaling and the message does not disappear, you either have a faulty waterflow meter or CPU.
