Question
My machine gathers water under the drip tray and lots of water also in the coffee grinds drawer

The problem must be with the brew unit, the boiler valve or the drainage vent. The most common occurrence is that the drainage vent underneath the boiler valve gets blocked. It needs to be clear of residues to be able to guide the excess water into the tray. Worn out gaskets might also be the cause of the described problem. If the boiler valve gaskets are worn or damaged, then the water would spray everywhere around the valve. The same would happen if the inlet sleeve of the brew unit was cracked. Water would not only end up in the cup as coffee, but would be sprayed around the brew unit. In case there is coffee leaking rather that clear water, then the top part of the brew unit or the dispenser must be faulty or damaged.
