Question
Hi, I have got parts from you in the past as some of my friends have this machine and I fix them. Problem is as above. No problem with water from the steam wand but no water from the coffee dispenser. I have tried a different brew unit and same problem, no leak from under machine and I can hear pump working, any advise appreciated

Hello,
If we presume that both brew unit are in working order and you have a continuous water flow through the steam valve, then this leads us to the boiler valve.
You either got a broken part in the boiler valve, usually the cursor (see below) or the valve is seized.
