In most such cases it is the cause of some kind of liquid that got into the grinder or too oily beans. It's mostly water poured into the grinder, but even a tiny amount of moisture is enough, so if you keep your beans in the fridge, that can also lead to this symptom. Oily beans also cause the same effect, where the ground coffee gets stuck in the blades, thus making them unable to grind. You can try to set the grinder to the coarsest setting possible and hope that it will clear the grinder, but the best solution is to dismantle the grinder and to clean then readjust it. With the Minuto it is a bit tricky, because taking it apart is more difficult than earlier models, so I would rather recommend to have a service technician look at it for you.
