Question
Hi, First thank you : ) The puck box was removed before brew group finished cycling. The motor jammed and is 180 deg. from home pos. No position on the brew group will align gear. Limit switch jumped? I have seen this problem asked on the net with no answers.

If the dump box is not in place, the machine won't reset the gears to neutral position. Put the dump box aside and everything else back to their places. Then you'll need a small flat screwdriver or scissors or something flat to press the microswitch in the small gap where the dump box would slide in. Then close the door, turn the machine on and it should reset itself. If one of the limit switches jumped, then it won't do anything, but give off a struggling sound. In that case You would need to either dismantle the whole machine to gain access to the gearbox or send the machine to a service station.
