Gaggia Espresso - Water spraying from portafilter

Question
Hi
I have a problem with my gaggia color, when I put the portafilter with the filter in it, the water start praying everywhere from the two small exits were the coffee pour out,and if I remove the filter and just insert the coffee filter holder and poor water out it does not spray....I tried to cannae the filter with one I never used but I have the same problem.....can you please help me?

You most likely are missing the "crema filter pin" from underneath the filter basket. It's a small plastic part, that stops the coffee from spraying out of the portafilter in case you use a pressurised basket.
